Nichole Taylor, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
A partnership working towards peaceful minds
Nichole Taylor is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PHNP-BC) since 2018. She is dedicated to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults age 5 to age 55.
She is seasoned in life being raised in rural Montana, previously being a wildland firefighter, a geologist, a co-owner of'a Yamaha dealership for 13 years, and formally focused in psychiatric nursing for over 14 years.
Nichole is currently enrolled in Psychiatry Redefined for Integrative Certification in Psychiatry for adults and pediatrics. She is offering optional evidence-based enhancements for psychiatric care with traditional psychiatric care.

Donna Reece, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Donna Reece is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She obtained the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) through the University of Wyoming in 2022. Donna has been a nurse for over 30 years with an emphasis in cardiac nursing.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 to 55. She believes in building collaborative relationships with her patients, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their treatment.
Her clinical approach integrates comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychoeducation, and lifestyle interventions to develop individualized treatment plans. She emphasizes clear communication, shared decision-making, and responsible prescribing practices, helping patients understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their care.
She has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, insomnia and other mental health conditions.
Her goal is to help patients achieve meaningful improvements in emotional well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life while fostering long-term resilience and recovery.
Outside of clinical practice, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and pursuit of life-long learning.

Misty Bruce, LPC
Misty Bruce is a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings over 19 years of counseling experience and is dedicated to helping adolescents (ages 13 +) and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. She provides counseling for individuals, couples, and families in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build real life skills, and create meaningful, lasting changes.
Misty works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, parenting challenges, and substance use. She is qualified to provide ASAM Level 1 substance abuse treatment.
Her therapeutic approach is personalized to each client’s unique needs and integrates evidence-based practice. Misty is passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional well-being, improve relationships, and move towards a healthier, more balanced life.

Andrew T. Haber, M.D.
Dr. Haber is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry, and licensed since 2011.
Andrew T. Haber, M.D. completed his undergraduate studies in the School of Arts and Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis in 1991, received his M.D. degree in 1999 from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Medicine, and completed post-graduate training in psychiatry and child psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut and then the Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute at the University of California in San Francisco in 2004.
He has provided inpatient, outpatient, and consultation-liaison psychiatric services to patients of all ages in Northern California and the Greater Phoenix area in Arizona. Dr. Haber is passionate in providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, ages 5 to 35.
His services will be offered virtually in telehealth format with in-person visits every three months.

Karissa Morris, LPC
Karissa Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals ages 13 years and up to heal and develop a genuine sense of safety from the inside out. She works collaboratively with clients to understand how their experiences impact the mind and body while gently identifying patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
Karissa specializes in working with survivors of trauma, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, attachment injuries, developmental trauma, and codependency. She also supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, relationship challenges, low self-worth, perfectionism, chronic overwhelm, women’s issues, grief, somatic symptoms and major life transitions.
Her compassionate, trauma-informed approach creates a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, build resilience, and move towards lasting emotional well-being.
